California Wants Dealers to Put Red Stickers on Damaged Vehicles
As usual, California is once again helping shape the automotive picture of the entire country. This time it is by a new law that requires dealers to put red warning stickers on salvaged vehicles put up for sale. The law will go in effect next July, and it involves any vehicle labeled in the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System as junked, salvaged or damaged by flood when it is put up for sale by a new or used car dealer.
